Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes

All rooms at the Marriott Grande Dunes are now sold out! However, there are plenty of hotel rooms available within a short distance. Please see the list below. Due to the large number of attendees on the waitlist for the CAGC Room Block at the Marriott Grande Dunes, we are no longer taking names for the hotel waitlist. Registration for the 2024 Construction Summit and Expo remains open. We look forward to seeing you this year in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina from August 1 - 4!

The discounted block rate is sold out. Due to the number of attendees on the hotel waitlist, no additional people can be added at this time.

Parking at the Hotel
Self Parking is available in the hotel garage. This four level garage is directly beside the Marriott Resort & Spa Resort. Costs are included in daily resort fee for self parking. Valet parking is available ($18).

Please Note: There are a limited number of spaces in the hotel garage; parking is first-come/first serve. Additional parking lots are available within walking distance of the hotel that can accommodate pick-up-trucks. Maximum garage clearance is 6’8”; Over-sized vehicle parking is limited, please contact the front desk at 1-800-228-9290 - to make arrangements.

****Each conference attendee is responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Hotel room rates are independent of the conference registration fee. Anyone that books a room outside of the discounted block will pay the regular rate per night.
