Refunds and Cancellations

Registrations and Sponsorships cancelled on or before September 20, 2024 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. All refund request must be made in writing to the event logistics contact. No refunds after the deadline of September 20, 2024. Substitutions are welcomed.
