Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be given after Wednesday, February 26, 2025. All refund requests must be made in writing to the logistics contact prior to the registration deadline. All request made prior to the deadline will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, email candujar@carolinasagc.org with changes.
