Cancellation Policy:
Registrations cancelled on or before December 23, 2024 at 12:00pm can be refunded or credited to the CAGC account. if a refund is requested, the amount refunded will be minus a $100 administration fee. The credit can be used at a later date or any CAGC services.

Carolinas AGC guarantees the guest count with the hotel and name badges are ordered at least 30 days prior to the event. Anyone that cancels after December 23, 2024, no refunds will be issued. Substitutions are welcomed!.
