We are truly grateful to everyone who joined us—you’re what makes this organization the strong, thriving community it is! And, a special thank you to our amazing sponsors and staff members. We would not have been able to host such an incredible event without you!

We’re already counting down to next year’s event! Mark your calendars for January 21-25, 2026, as we take the Carolinas AGC Annual Convention to the beautiful Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort in Oranjestad, Aruba.

Get ready for more networking, industry insights, and fellowship in paradise. Stay tuned for details, and we’ll see you in Aruba!
Event Highlights:
  • Four receptions to connect and engage: Attendees participated in daily receptions, including the Welcome Reception, Casino Night, Young Leader Connect, and Pinnacle Reception. Each reception was well-attended and fostered meaningful connections among participants.

  • Exceptional Speakers: The event featured an energizing keynote address by Page Fehling, alongside national and state economic updates and 2025 construction industry trends. Speakers from AGC of America and the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) provided valuable insights.

  • Pinnacle Awards: We celebrated four projects and one individual with Pinnacle Awards, honoring the most distinguished construction projects in the Carolinas construction industry. The awards ceremony was the perfect culmination of the event.

  • New Friday After Dinner Casino Night: Participants enjoyed trying their luck with CAGC Convention Chips at the casino tables. The night featured poker, roulette, blackjack, and craps, with attendees exchanging chips for tickets to win fantastic prizes. This new addition was a resounding success, providing an unforgettable and entertaining experience.

Former Newscaster Page Fehling Delivered Energizing Keynote Address

Lead Like You Mean It

With more than 25 years of experience in broadcast journalism and professional development training, and almost 6'0" of height, Page Fehling set the bar high both literally and figuratively when it comes to extraordinary communication.

Page is a third generation speaker and facilitator who grew up just outside of Washington, D.C., and graduated from UNC - Chapel Hill. She was a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras (si, se habla espanol), an NBC Page (yes, she was, "Page-the-Page") in New York, and a news anchor in both Raleigh and Charlotte, N.C. (she woke up at 2:00 a.m. to be on live TV five hours a day for more than a decade; excuse her while she sneaks in a nap). Her favorite role, however, has always been as a teacher. Helping guide fellow humans into being their best selves both at work and at home makes Page tick.

Jackpot! Our first Convention Casino Night was a huge success!

The Grand Hall was alive with excitement as attendees enjoyed an exciting evening of poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps. Armed with $1,000 in CAGC Convention Chips, everyone played their hearts out, exchanging chips for tickets to enter some incredible prize drawings. It was a night filled with laughter, friendly competition, and unforgettable moments. We loved seeing everyone connect, unwind, and have fun together—because building strong relationships is just as important as building strong structures. Thank you Forvis Mazars Group for sponsoring this event!
