In May of 2024, CAGC teamed up with Next 2 Native Language Learning, LLC to present a webinar on the topic of Meeting the Needs of your Spanish Speaking Employees.

As we see the percentage of Spanish speaking laborers in the construction industry increase, we are faced with new questions, safety challenges, and concerns surrounding communication. With a paramount focus on safety and the protection of life, we need more than information. We need actionable insights that will lead us to solutions that help us meet our Spanish speaking employees where they are, support their professional development, and utilize them commensurate with their skills. This online Lunch and Learn will help supervisors, crew leaders, project managers, HR managers, and superintendents alike. They will have an open forum to share their challenges, share what is and what is not working for them and receive insights on real solutions to help their teams function better, now.
