If you have employees or need employees in the state of North Carolina, you need to know all the employer resources that the Department of Commerce/Division of Workforce Solutions offers. This one-hour lunch & learn will go over Workforce Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), On the Job Training (OJT), Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) programs  as well as the NC Works Career Center services that are offered through the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Division of Workforce Solutions.
