Course Description:
The Fall Protection Competent Person Training is designed for construction supervisors, safety officers, and designated personnel who are responsible for implementing and overseeing fall protection systems on job sites. This in-depth course meets OSHA’s requirements for a “competent person” under the Fall Protection Standard (29 CFR 1926 Subpart M), equipping participants with the skills to identify, evaluate, and control fall hazards, ensuring safety and compliance in the workplace.
La Capacitación para Persona Competente en Protección contra Caídas está diseñada para supervisores de construcción, oficiales de seguridad y personal designado responsable de implementar y supervisar los sistemas de protección contra caídas en los sitios de trabajo. Este curso detallado cumple con los requisitos de OSHA para una “persona competente” según la Norma de Protección contra Caídas (29 CFR 1926 Subparte M), proporcionando a los participantes las aptitudes necesarias para identificar, evaluar y controlar los peligros de caídas, garantizando seguridad y cumplimiento en el lugar de trabajo. Who Should Attend?
We recommend this course for all construction workers that engage in construction activities that may expose them to fall hazards. We also recommend attendance by all Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Project Managers, Foremen, Safety Managers and other supervisory, management or key personnel responsible for supervising or directing construction workers at risk of falling.
Each Participant Will Receive:
Upon successful completion, participants receive a Competent Person for Fall Protection digital certificate, validating their capability to manage fall protection measures and ensure a safe work environment.
