CAGC Foundation's Construction Boot Camp

The CAGC Bootcamp (CBC) is an 8 week course offered at NC Community Colleges that provides a direct talent pipeline from training to job placement and other career pathways. The CBC prepares students to transition into immediate job placement, higher level skilled trades programs, apprenticeships, internships, and degree programs while learning industry essentials. To ensure the construction industry's successful future, it is imperative for the next generation of leaders to properly prepare themselves for the challenges and opportunities ahead. Student Chapters

Membership in an AGC Student Chapter provides young professionals with an opportunity to learn, observe and develop their skills with current leaders in the industry. Student Chapters exist at accredited two- and four-year schools offering programs in construction management, construction technology, and construction-related engineering. CAGC Young Leader Program

To ensure the construction industry's successful future, it is imperative for the next generation of leaders to properly prepare themselves for the challenges and opportunities ahead. Through professional development, networking opportunities, and service in the community, Carolinas AGC provides opportunities to build your business through your young leaders. The CAGC YL program has grown to 200+ individuals. These professionals include company owners, managers, supervisors, administrators, and all other positions within their companies.
