Operation Give Back to Support SCDOT Families who Lost Loved Ones

This year the young leaders will be giving back to two families of SCDOT employees who lost their lives on the job in July.  David Sibbick and Cecil Morgan were killed when they were struck by a driver while patching a pothole on US-501 near Myrtle Beach.
