Join us for this Continuing Education (CE) elective training course on Thursday, November 19th from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
The purpose of this course is to dive into the labor and employment nuances when it comes to the construction industry in the Carolinas. The course will overview important laws in labor and employment that are critical for any construction business to be aware of in the Carolinas, such as subcontracting, relationships, EEO and OFCCP relations, wage and hour disputes, immigration compliance, and more. The course will also take its students through recent case law, including class waivers in arbitration agreements, and joint employer liability. The course will review the importance of managing work project sites, which can lead to difficult labor climates. The course will end with other top issues management should know about.

**If you inform us prior to the class beginning that you will not be able to attend or you are having technical issues, then you will be transferred to another class of your choosing.
**If you are a "No Show" for the class, your registration fee will be forfeited.
