McCormick, SC
General Contractor: Harper General Contractors

Construction of this new 3.7 million-gallons-of water-per-day water treatment plant involved a phased construction plan to allow for maintenance of plant operations, and significant value engineering that gave the owner options without sacrificing value. Extensive coordination throughout the project was critical so that the conversion of the tank did not disrupt the flow of clean drinking water to the public.
