Our traditional FREE service for GC's openly seeking sub-bids
When you've landed a project and need subbids, IBuild connects you to the Carolinas ' largest pool of qualified subbidders: 2,500 CAGC subcontractors & vendors, including 550 minority-owned firms. Here's how IBuild goes to work for you:
- More than 6,500 individuals at our 2,500 subcontractor and vendor firms are notified in the next morning's free Daily Project Alert. One click displays your project's full details.
- Subs and vendors actively consult IBuild's IBuild database and see your flagged “new project” immediately. IBuild showcases your project to the right subs at the right time.
- Hundreds of subs and vendors see your project in personalized Monday morning search updates when it matches their products, trade or services.
- CAGC members include 550 minority-owned subs and vendors.
- Subbidders can download or print plan sheets in their own office, or click to order plan prints for delivery or pickup.

Option 2: Confidential service:
Invite Your Private Bidder List
A new option from Carolinas AGC : A secure, private plan room environment for your selected bidders only. As Project Host, you forward a special access key code, using your own bid invitation system, to the bidders of your choice— whether or not they are Carolinas AGC members.
This service is designed for:
· General Contractor Members who have already landed a private job and now need subbids
· General Contractor Members who are currently bidding a public job and want their invited subbidders to see plans online
What's in it for the Project Host?:
- On-site report of all bidders accepting your invitation.
- Weekly updates of bid invitation responses.
- Bidders' responses accepting or declining your invitation to bid.
- Full support for your subbidders- No one on your staff has to “walk” a subbidder through the site. We do it for you, and provide continuing free support.
- Subbidder tools for speedier bid response — all of your invited bidders can download and/or print plans directly from IBuild, or click to order prints for pickup or delivery.
- A ready-made report of Key Project Details you can copy and paste into your bid invitation. You get this report within minutes of our confirmation of your project details. Get your bid invitations out faster!
- Receive prequalification info on additional subbidders interested in a project . Here's how: IBuild carries a generic description of all Confidential Projects, such as "Distribution Warehouse, Richland County/SC." The project name, city, owner, designer and GC are concealed, but CAGC's thousands of local subcontractors and vendors can find your “blind-listed” project when they search for work.
- Potential bidders can click to ask IBuild to forward their prequalification information to “Anonymous GC”-- if you have chosen to receive these blind e-mails. These prospective bidders understand that they may or may not receive an invitation from "Anonymous GC." You may always choose not to receive information on additional bidders.
- Subbidders can download or print plan sheets in their own office, or click to order plan prints for delivery or pickup from Duncan-Parnell.

Option 3: Combine our subbidder list options:
"Access" for Maximum Bid Coverage
If you wish to open up your bidding to more than your own bidder list, use IBuild to post a project for not only your invited bidders (members and non-members) but also to all CAGC members.
As the project host, you publicize the project access key code by whatever means you wish, to as many potential bidders as you wish. This service maximizes your bids by opening the project to all CAGC members plus all bidders you choose to invite, including the general public.

What Subbidders Have Looked At Your Plans & Specs?
IBuild's real-time Viewing Logs show exactly who viewed and/or downloaded your project details and documents. Logs display the viewing activity both by bidding company and by specific plan sheet, spec division or addenda. See examples below.
Logs include minority ownership data, including sub-classifications (African-American, Asian-American, etc.).
You can also receive optional weekly e-mail updates of Viewing Log summaries.
