Membership Dues & Applications by Member Type
IBuild Project Leads
Our IBuild Preconstruction Exchange is updated on our website 24/7 in real time. Members can search through hundreds of project leads in numerous ways (including a keyword search and CSI code search), can add their company as an interested bidder, be alerted to addenda, and many other time-saving features. To evaluate this service, sign up for a 2 week password now!
Daily Project Alert Service
This brief e-mail displays all new projects or addenda added to IBuild in the last 24 hours. Each job hyperlinks to its information online. The Alert - free to all employees of member companies - is delivered to your computer every weekday morning.
Its simplicity helps you scan each day's new work leads at a glance. The Daily Project Alert is offered as a complement to IBuild project leads - members have 2 ways to find work: a quick morning scan or a detailed listing online.
Plans Online
With Plans Online, your employees can view, download and print project details, plans, specs and addenda online.
Weekly NewsBreak!
Any employee of a Carolinas AGC member firm can have industry news delivered right to your desk each week in the online Carolinas AGC News Break! Headlines show each week's new articles, and link to that full story on our web site.
Safety Services
Carolinas AGC Safety Services Department has a full-time safety professional who work for you, as an extension of your own staff. You can establish a company safety program, set up "tool box" safety talks, or begin a drug-free workplace program all with professional help. Help you improve your "bottom line" with a Safety & Health Manual, OSHA Standards publications, safety videos & seminars or any of our other valuable resources.
Legislative/Lobbying
Carolinas AGC is a highly proactive force with a dynamic legislative program of specific goals to advance the interests of the construction industry. Three lobbyists in both Raleigh and Columbia monitor thousands of bills during each session of the General Assembly in the Carolinas. You have less taxation, sensible regulation and more "say so" in the governmental process thanks to AGC.
Workforce Development
Supervisory training, craftworker programs and management education help you and your employees be more effective. For the beginning laborer through the CEO we offer courses in workshop, institute, day/evening, technical school and in-house settings. Many of our programs are award-winning, definitive products produced and taught by experts in their particular fields.

Carolinas AGC is run by members. As member partners you have the opportunity to chart the direction of your Association and the industry. From joint committees with architects and engineers to loss prevention and the DOT, you tell us what is best for you.
Networking Opportunities
The Association provides you with invaluable opportunities for networking and business contacts. There are literally hundreds of gatherings each year --- committee, district and division meetings and annual convention - that offer you a choice of networking opportunities.
Labor Relations
Open shop construction allows our member firms to manage their businesses more efficiently. Carolinas AGC remains actively committed to working for a union-free environment. We also keep you abreast of new activities on the labor relations scene and with current EEO requirements.
Carolinas AGC's Pro-Employee/Union Free Campaign is the only construction industry specific pro-employee/union free initiative of its kind in the Carolinas. We provide our members with a wide array of Pro-employee/Union-free resources necessary to counter union organizing activities and tactics.
Membership Roster/Find Contractors & Suppliers
