How to Join

General Contractors | Application            

Regular Members are licensed general contractors who submit bids directly to owners or their agents. All contractors who submit bids to owners/agents must join Carolinas AGC as regular members. All general contractor members belong to one or more CAGC division-- building, highway-heavy or utility-- based on their primary area of work.

Non-Home Members are general contractors who have their business headquarters in another state and who are members of AGC through that home base.  For Non-Home Member Dues call Roddy Craft at (704)372-1450 ext. 5224, or Email to rcraft@carolinasagc.org.

Carolinas AGC dues are an annual investment based on your company’s Gross Construction Revenue. This investment includes membership in Carolinas AGC as well as AGC of America. (Quarterly payment terms are available.)

All private and public construction work, whether negotiated or competivitely bid, including work done by wholly-owned subsidiaries who are not regular members. The percentage of your participation in joint ventures. Work performed on residential projects	Work done on a facility owned by the member or its subsidiaries. Work performed outside the Carolinas and reported to another AGC Chapter. Jobs subcontracted to another regular member.

*If not specifically excluded, all work must be included in your GCR figure.

Note- GC’s with less than two years’ experience in the industry may deduct $200 from the first year’s dues as Provisional Members.
