Employee Benefit Survey
As a service to our members, the Carolinas AGC Human Resources Committee is conducting our 6th bi-annual Benefits Survey to provide valuable information regarding salaried and hourly employee benefits offered by the construction industry in the Carolinas. With our challenging economy and labor unions stepping-up organizing activities in the Carolinas, it is important that you know what benefits are available to construction personnel in the Carolinas. This survey will help to ensure that member company benefit programs serve the Union Free/Pro Employee environment and meet the challenges of our current economic times. Therefore, we are asking all member firms to take part in the survey.
The survey has been designed in an easy-to-use 2-part format and posted online for your convenience. The first section collects information on salaried employees, and the second collects information on hourly employees. Simply click on the icons below to access the surveys and complete online. Survey responses are 100% confidential; you will not be asked to submit your company’s name.
Compiled results will be made available to all members online and upon request. Please take a few moments to complete this important survey by July 31. It will only take a few minutes and your responses will help better our industry.
