Overview
It is in response to this challenge that we developed the Carolinas AGC University; the training and education group within Carolinas Associated General Contractors. The University is a formal gathering of trainers, speakers and leaders that bring hands-on knowledge and insight to the continuing education process. We complement these resources with a conviction that it is our responsibility to not simply sharpen employees' skills, but to enhance their value and profitability. Employees are a company's most important asset -- their growth leads to opportunity and success. In helping you achieve this success we will accomplish our goal "to be the most respected and preferred source for continuing education in the construction industry." Carolinas AGC offers an "A to Z" Education and Training menu for all sizes of construction firms. Our programs cover your employees' progressive needs from entry level through top management: Project SuperVISION® - Management Education - for Front Line, Middle & Upper Level Construction Managers. Management Education covers current topics at value prices - see Annual Training Calendar.
