We are pleased that you are using this membership privilege and have taken the time to train others in the industry. Our DVDs/Videos will serve as a supplement in educating your workforce and we are glad to offer this service to you.

Lending Policy

DVDs/Videos are in high demand and often on waiting lists. Therefore the following guidelines have been established so that everyone who wants to view DVDs/Videos will be able to do so within a reasonable time.

Four DVDs/Videos may be checked out at a time for a period of 2 weeks. You are asked to please mail them back to our office in proper packaging to ensure their safe return to us.

When returning materials by mail, please pack them in sturdy containers so that they are not damaged en route. Also, to ensure that materials are returned to the Library, please return all materials By insured mail to:

The person who checks out the video is responsible for its safe return. DVDs/Videos cost on average $300-$500 each, so please return materials promptly and by insured mail. If a video is lost or not returned, the institution responsible will be billed for its replacement.

If DVDs/Videos are not returned within two weeks a courtesy call or fax may be made as a reminder to return them. If they have not been returned after 6 weeks you may be invoiced for the replacement cost of the DVDs/Videos.

Some of our DVDs/Videos are available for purchase. Email your selection to kmills@carolinasagc.org, include your name, company name, phone number and a complete physical mailing address, as they will be delivered by UPS.
