SC JOINT BOND REVIEW COMMITTEE APPROVES PROJECTS

The SC Joint Bond Review Committee met and approved funding for the following projects:

Clemson University – Lee Hall Complex Expansion Renovation – Establish project for A&E Design Funding at $465,000.00.
Clemson University - Manning Hall Renovation – Establish project for A&E Design Funding at $159,000.00.
Medical University of South Carolina – Harborview Office Tower Renovation – Establish project for A&E Design Funding at $18,000.00.
Medical University of South Carolina – Quad E Building Roof Replacement – Establish project for A&E Design Funding at $12,000.00.
Medical University of South Carolina – Clinical Sciences Building Air Handler #6 – Establish project for A&E Design Funding at $15,000.00.
Technical & Comprehensive Education – Greenville – University Transfer Building Auditorium Renovation – Establish project for A&E Design Funding at $17,300.00.
Budget and Control Board – State House Exterior Walls and Windows Repair/Renovation – Establish project for A&E Design Funding at $10,447.00.
Budget and Control Board – Columbia Mills Building Chillers 1 & 2 Replacements – Establish project for A&E Design Funding at $23,760.00.
Criminal Justice Academy – CJA Village Construction – Establish project for A&E Design Funding at $125,000.00.
Medical University of South Carolina – Bioengineering Building Construction – Establish Construction Budget at $58,250,000.00 to construct approximately 95,000 square foot building to house the science programs.
Budget and Control Board – Blatt Building Roof Replacement – Establish Construction Budget at $543,365.00 to replace 20-year-old roof on the Blatt Building.
Department of Mental Health – Campbell VA Home Renovations – Establish Construction Budget at $550,000.00 to replace the HAVC system in the nursing home in Anderson.
Department of Mental Health – Crafts Farrow Nutritional Services Freezer Replacement – Establish Construction Budget at $400,000.00 to replace the freezer system at this location.
Department of Disabilities and Special Needs – Whitten Center Parents’ Clubhouse Renovations – Establish Construction Budget at $355,000.00 to renovate the clubhouse at this location.
